There is nothing better then setting a goal and going out to achieve it. Is gives us motivation to keep moving forward until we reach that goal. Now there are times (more often then not) we don’t quite reach these goals and that leaves us with negative feelings or thoughts. So, what happened? You were so close to meeting your goal but just couldn’t quite hit that bar. A majority of the time its because you didn’t have a plan set in place to reach that goal. There needs to be a plan, a timeline and a procedure thought out before your goal can be reached.
