This is a great exercise for developing your rear deltoids and traps.

Start by lying face down on a bench, dumbbells in hand.

Raise your arms, until they are parallel with the floor, keep a slight bend in your elbows.

Squeeze your shoulder blades and hold for a 2 count at the top of the movement.

Lower the dumbbells back to starting position and repeat for desired amount of reps.
